SFI Energy (formerly Superior Resources), is an Oklahoma oil and gas title and leasing company and a division of Tri-Point. SFI Energy's employees have decades of combined experience in the Oklahoma oil and natural gas business. Since our inception, we have primarily worked in title research and leasing, providing service in all aspects of this work, including:
We have completed title and leasing in both Western and Southern Oklahoma and in Southern Kansas and the Texas Panhandle.
If you are interested in leasing or just have a question about terms, sending an email to our leasing department is the easiest and fastest route of inquiry.
Each of our landmen have direct phone lines as well if you prefer a phone call. If using email, please include the legal description of your land(s) and current contact information including phone number and email so that we can reply to you promptly.
Our leasing agents hail from rural communities, so they have natural rapport with “small town” people, typically rural residents who are among the savviest of landowners. SFI Energy’s grounded, friendly, and relaxed interaction with these owners has enabled us to secure leases that larger companies were unable to acquire.
We are the first company many landowners call – including many with whom we have never worked – when they receive offers from other brokers and are worried about terms and bonuses or royalties, or are confused by jargon.
Whether it's a minor interest in a lower-rated area, or an owner with major acreage in a prime play, SFI Energy works just as hard for the small interest owner as it does the large.
SFI Energy's title department is experienced both in field and online research, and can provide clients with both basic and detailed ownerships on mineral title, including leasehold, working interest, and overriding royalty interests, as well as surface title.
We are also available to perform appraisals of mineral interest.
Getting to Work
Our employees pride themselves on not only being the first to the courthouse each morning, but to be the last to leave each day; if we are being paid for a full day’s work, then that is what we provide, and we are always fair in our billing practices. They stay in constant contact with our office and promptly respond to any issues that arise from their research.
